Machine sewn skirt made by me. Inspired by Lolita and various Japanese clothing styles. All the edges have been zig zag stitched to keep from fraying. Decorated with lace, matching bow and a cute rose applique. Elastic waist measures 14 to 27 inches roughly. (The more you stretch the fabric the less ruffly it will look )The lace is a little crooked on the left side of the skirt. So please keep that in mind :) This skirt is roughly 20 inches in length.
